Course Description

The Certificate III in Hospitality (commercial cookery) can provide you with the skills and knowledge to work effectively in a kitchen as a chef or commercial cook. You will learn to work in a commercial kitchen, restaurants, cafes and canteens. With this qualification you will be prepared to enter the thriving Hospitality Industry!

We offer our students 2 days of classroom learning per week, with a minimum of 5 hours (non contact) e-learning*

*It is a course requirement for students to have a computer. Infinity Institute of Melbourne can provide you with a laptop as part of your materials fee.

 

Entry Requirements

To gain entry into this course, participants should have successfully completed year 11 or other equivalent courses and over 18-year-old.

Several competencies have specific pre-requisite competencies. Consult with management for details.
